Hello, I'm Georgina from Tiny Emergency,
I started my journey in First Aid during my time working as an OFSTED registered Nanny by completing the 12 hour Paediatric First Aid course recognised by OFSTED and EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
With over 10 years Nanny experience I have dealt with a few children’s bumps and scratches along the way, but my real passion for the importance of First Aid grew when I saved a toddler from a potentially fatal choking incident by using an important technique I learned in First Aid.
This made me realise the importance of First Aid 'for everyone', and my motto is “Have a heart? Then First Aid is for you!”
Tiny Emergency’s courses reflect the First Aid 'for everyone' ethos and offers courses in First Aid for everyone. From professionals, childcare workers, to parents, expectant parents, grandparents, and all the wonderful family and friends who will care for your littles.
There is also a class called Mini Medics aimed at children between the ages of 7 and 11, but can suit children of any age, making first aid fun and interactive.
With this ethos, passion, and the help of this Nanny turned First Aid Trainer who is also a mother of one adventurous boy, Tiny Emergency was born!
